I love facilitating therapy groups and am particularly passionate about empowering other women by equipping them with healthy coping skills, encouraging them to identify & reframe any negative core beliefs and providing them with a safe and nonjudgmental environment to rewrite their narrative. In these groups, you will be reminded of the strength and resiliency you already carry inside you as you open up about your fears, hopes and dreams alongside other women.
There's something powerful and life-changing about intentionally surrounding ourselves with other resilient women and it's an honor to be able to facilitate a welcoming space in which women can talk about the hard stuff. We’ll delve into topics such as letting go, forgiveness, values, shame, boundaries, & loss from a lens of self-compassion and acceptance.
