I am a clinician at Arrow Behavioral Health in Warwick, Rhode Island. I offer in person and telehealth therapy. I received my BSW and MSW from Rhode Island College. I have experience working with children, teens, and adults in a variety of clinical settings. Before I became a clinician, I worked as a caseworker for youth in the foster care system.
I work with clients of all ages who are looking to make a positive change in their lives. I utilize a variety of treatment modalities including cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, narrative therapy, and expressive arts therapy. I like to take a creative approach by discovering what works best for you and your personal goals.
I specialize in anxiety, depression, abuse and posttraumatic stress, grief and loss, family work, and relationship challenges. My goal is to meet you where you are in your healing process and create a safe environment for you to share your story. I look forward to working with you!
