I offer you a safe, nurturing space that is supportive of positive change so you can live life more fully, and have a deeper relationship with yourself and those you love. I will collaborate with you to find a meaningful path to relief and healing. Since 2008, I have worked with children, teens, adults and families with relational issues, learning and mood disorders, ADHD, substance abuse, PTSD, depression and anxiety. Please call me for a confidential telephone meeting to see if we are a good fit to collaborate on your path to healing.
I am a trained in EMDR for treatment of trauma/PTSD and, in addition to standard therapeutic practices, I also offer mindfulness and breathing techniques for self-calming and anxiety reduction, teach and model self-compassion, and practice from a positive psychology perspective.
I have a passion for my work that comes from the heart, from my own path of healing and spiritual practice. My priority in developing our therapeutic relationship is to maintain equality and support empowerment.
