I work with all individuals across the lifespan, however I have a particular passion for assisting adolescents and young adults to find empowerment, strengthen self-advocacy and develop self-understanding. My approach is centered in my values including creating a safe space for vulnerability, honoring your strengths and meeting you where you are in life.
Areas of passion include anxiety, OCD, ADHD, stress, healthy relationships, communication, perfectionism, academic pressure, self-esteem, emotional-development and first-generation students. I am currently working under the supervision of The Princeton Center for Mindbody Healing and have a certificate in child and adolescent well-being.
