I use therapeutic skills and my training in strategic leadership to help women, most specifically WOC, advance in both their careers and their interpersonal relationships while at the same time developing a more compassionate relationship with themselves. I specialize in working with confidence or identity issues, imposter syndrome, anxiety and depression in women that can hold you back from making positive and progressive life transitions. With the understanding that there is room for all parts of ourselves in the therapeutic process.
