Life can prove to be extremely difficult at times. However, it is these difficulties that can become incredible catalysts for deep healing and lasting change. I work with clients from an integrative & faith based approaches. This means that I intertwine a variety of modalities based on specific needs of a client with regards to the breadth of their life experience (i.e. mental, physical, cultural, faith).
Through gentle guidance, dedicated presence, and thoughtful inquiry, I combine EMDR, expressive arts therapy and attachment based therapy to assist clients in integrating and transmuting unresolved experiences. For those so inclined, I also offer faith-based therapy which can be prove to be quite powerful in our work together.
I work primarily with children, adolescents, adults, and families. It is truly an honor to witness and hold the incredible unfoldment of the healing processes with clients, sometimes occurring in an astounding short amount of time. Please do reach out.
