I am a licensed therapist eager to help individuals and families build a lifestyle they love and enjoy. My specialties include trauma treatment, family therapy, and individual work with women, teens and young adults. I especially have a have a passion for working with teens adjusting to major life transitions, preparing for graduation, and the growing pressures with social media. I also take interest in addressing issues specific to women such as postpartum depression, and counseling young adults healing from complex trauma, establishing healthy relationships, and planning for the next stages of life; whatever that may be.
I use a trauma-informed and client-centered approach to support individuals and families on their journey to healing, connection, and balance. Collaboratively we will focus on your priorities to strengthen relationships, overcome trauma, expand self-confidence, and heal from depression and anxiety. (I currently have openings for Telehealth on M/W evenings)
