Hello! People often choose counseling when issues such as relationship conflict, mood concerns and traumatic experiences begin negatively impacting the person and they are simply not where they want to be in life. I offer supportive counseling and consultation services to individuals using techniques that best meet their unique needs. I am a Certified EMDR Therapist and have used EMDR with first responders, veterans and other individuals who have lived through high stress situations. My hope is that my services can provide the assistance needed to help the individual return to living the healthy and productive life they desire!
I have had individuals ask me, "Am I losing it?" This is a typical concern when the stress of life becomes overwhelming. Many times, we find ourselves in moments where we need to take a breather and re-focus and counseling can be the perfect way to do this.
