I have often supported clients who are healing with religious trauma, grief and loss, life transitions, PTSD, anxiety, depression, and psychosis. I am a resource for couples and families experiencing relational distress or looking to overall improve their relationships. I use mindfulness techniques, addressing limiting beliefs, and emotional regulation.
Life is disappointing, messy, AND joyful, exciting, and fulfilling. I practice a humanistic approach and I aim to provide culturally competent care that is gender affirming and non judgemental.
