Hi! Counseling is my passion and I believe that the counseling relationship is a collaborative process. I have experience working with both children, teenagers, and adults who are experiencing depression, suicidal ideations, bipolar, schizophrenia, and substance abuse. I have training in ASIST Suicide Prevention Skills Training and Youth Mental Health First Aid. I have enjoyed working in psychiatric hospitals providing both group and individual therapy.
I currently am working with Open Path. It is a non-profit that offers clients affordable therapy virtually. You never have to go the journey alone!
