My empathy for people who are suffering is what initially drew me to become a therapist. Learning how to change my behavior—and wanting to teach others how to do the same—motivated me to specialize in behavior therapy. I chose to focus on OCD after being inspired by my clients' progress. At NOCD, my team and I specialize in providing evidence-based treatment for OCD. Our deep understanding of its nuances allows us to accurately diagnose and effectively treat it. We have intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP), the gold standard for OCD treatment.
When you start with NOCD, you'll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues based on your preference and availability. We’ll take the time to get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
Additionally, we offer support between sessions through direct messaging and a community of peers with OCD, ensuring you never feel alone. I’m excited to be part of your journey to overcome OCD.
