While I appreciate and integrate several therapeutic modalities into my practice, my experience with Narrative Therapy significantly informs how I position myself as a therapist. My hope is to support you while you identify your goals, deepen your understanding of your values, and take your power back from the problems that try to get in your way. I specialize in treating those effected by grief, chronic illness, infertility, trauma, mood disorders, life transitions and relationship issues.
As a Clinical Social Worker, I offer psychotherapy to adults in Natick and virtually throughout MA. After years of working as a therapist and receiving my own care within large medical systems, I’ve become intimately aware of what so many of us are up against when trying to access quality healthcare.
