Welcome to my practice! I am a licensed mental health therapist in both Washington and Idaho state and a certified EMDR practitioner. I provide high quality virtual EMDR therapy as well as provide EMDR consultant services to other mental health professionals. I am a LGBTQIA+ ally and pride myself on offering a warm, non-judgmental, accepting environment.
I have a holistic approach to therapy and believe that the mind/body connection is the path to healing. EMDR is at the core of my practice to which I integrate other modalities/techniques to match the unique individual’s goals. I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, stress, limiting beliefs, and other mental health concerns.
I have advanced training in EMDR practice and offer 60 minute sessions as well as a specialized 90 minute enhanced EMDR. For enhanced EMDR, I offer specialized and unique techniques such as incorporation of gentle trauma informed yoga and energy psychology. I am passionate about my practice and look forward to helping you feel better and meet your goals.
