Trauma can mean surviving a traumatic event or surviving oppressive realities of life. Trauma can happen all at once or accumulate each day over a lifetime. Trauma can be heavy to bear alone. With my EMDR training, I hope to help you find ways to transform trauma until it is easier to hold.
