Clients come to me to feel heard, navigate a tough season in life, and learn practical ways to start feeling more like themselves again. I work with adults experiencing life changes, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, or struggling to cope with being "deeply feeling" or "highly sensitive." As a Perinatal Mental Health Trained Provider, I specialize in working with women before and during pregnancy and the early years of motherhood. Many of my clients are seeking support for feelings of ambivalence, grief, postpartum depression and anxiety, "mom rage," work/life balance, and other daily challenges of parenthood.
As a highly-sensitive, working mom of two young children, I know how overwhelming life can become. With empathy and expert knowledge, I will help you change your unhelpful thoughts or behavior, cope with intense feelings, heal from past wounds, and focus more on the present. I use a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach tailored to each client.
We all struggle and need extra help at times. I believe that with the right support, tools, and knowledge, everyone can achieve better versions of themselves. I am here to listen to you without judgment, offer practical solutions, and guide you toward long-term healing. Reach out for a free consultation; I would be honored to support you!
