In my practice, I focus on various forms of addictions, delving into the roots of addiction, exploring personal experiences, assessing environmental influences, and assisting clients in their current stages of life. I help address co-occurring mental health disorders, offering education and support in navigating life, addiction, & emotions.
I’m a wife and mother who has dealt with alcoholism, post-partum depression, and anxiety. I also have ADHD and understand the challenges of being neurodivergent. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, listening to music, and watching movies. Hobbies can help us cope with our struggles and bring some light in our world.
