I enjoy working with people from all backgrounds and walks of life who are motivated and have a desire to see change in their lives. We all have unique experiences that have led us to where we are and picked up some not so helpful habits as well as wonderful characteristics along the way. My goal is to help empower my clients to be able to identify and move in the direction that you want from building your confidence to processing difficult emotions and experience or even just gaining clarity around understanding what makes you tick and why you do what you do.
If you're not sure exactly what you want your goal to be, I'm here to help you figure out what you're looking for and together we can find out what is a good fit for you. I work with people with depression, anxiety, mood disorders, addiction, and trauma. My practice is very client focused and together we can figure out a path that feels right for you.
Life is messy and it's normal to not have all the answers or have everything all together, and it takes a lot of strength and courage to consider reaching out and talking to someone about the things that you are struggling with.
