Over the years I've worked with many women of all ages struggling from trauma, stress, depression, and anxiety. By utilizing different interventions informed by neuroscience and spiritual/energy practices, we will not only surpass the "thinking" part of the brain that holds the key to true healing but also gain access to your creativity and intuition!
Just talking about trauma is not enough. My holistic approach includes combining treatments such as EMDR/Brainspotting, somatic work, mindfulness, and neurofeedback with spirituality, trauma work, and intuitive energy work. By combining these methods we can take an approach that honors the mind, body, and soul connection we all share.
Healing is a tough journey, it's not all rainbows and butterflies. It requires you to face your fears, look at your deeper wounds and approach them with healing, nurturing, curiosity, and care while enduring a lot of pain and ego defenses.
