Hi! Welcome to my profile on Psychology Today! My clients are goal driven and work hard in their therapy sessions and at home. We process in the session, find the issues, work through the solutions and then you put them into action outside of the therapy space. I believe in meeting my clients where they are and getting them to where they want to be. My style of therapy is person centered with a focus on finding resolutions and achieving goals.
I am a Licensed Associate Professional Counselor. I received my Master’s from Capella University in Counseling focused on Marriage & Family Therapy. I work with teenagers (13+) and adults for individual, family, couple/marital therapy. I believe in strengths based and action oriented therapy. I specialize in Anxiety, Depression, Stress & Family.
