I am a Licensed Master Social Worker living in beautiful Boise, Idaho for the last two years ago. I have a bachelor’s degree in business management and a master’s degree in social work. After working in the business for many years, I wanted to pursue my passion, helping others find their true selves.
I love helping teens, young adults, and the LGBTQ community. I believe working from a warm, empathetic approach to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can learn, grow, and achieve shared goals. Approaches, I use include mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, dialectical behavior techniques, Adlerian and narrative therapy.
I am so looking forward to working with you and supporting you on your personal journeys. I provide telehealth services for individuals in Idaho and Arkansas. I also provide home-based and face-to-face services near Boise ID.
