For over 12 years, I have been serving individuals, couples, youth and families in the Greater Boston area. I use a variety of therapeutic approaches that are trauma-informed, combined with movement and mindfulness. These practices will be tailored to your needs, strengths and values progressing at a pace that is challenging yet safe at every step.
