I aim to help you with your goals to better improve your quality of life. I received my Masters in Social work at Wheelock College. Also, I currently am a Director of Social Services for a nursing facility providing case management, medical social work, and advocating rights for the elderly population.
I received my undergraduate degree at the College of the Holy Cross in Psychology with an Asian Studies concentration. I have experience with children, young adults and older adults at a community mental health agency for many years with training surrounding CBT, cultural competency, motivational interviewing and wellness recovery action plans.
