My name is Vickie Keller, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Sacramento, California, and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I work with individuals struggling with challenges in their life. I use various therapeutic approaches to help my clients on their wellness journey. My approach to therapy is client centered. My clients and I collaborate on therapy goals and therapeutic modalities based on their needs. Each client is an individual. I understand that the client is the expert of their lives. My purpose is to assist my clients in achieving their goals.
I work with individuals who are looking to better understand themselves. As well as navigate through life challenges. Helping my clients struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, and low self-esteem build skills to allow them to feel better about themselves and empower them to make their desired changes in life.
My favorite part of being a therapist is when my client no longer needs me. This means that I have helped them achieve their goals and become a better version of themselves. Being a part of someone’s healing journey is such an honor for me.
