I am passionate about working with young adults and women. I've worked with a variety of clients, some going through life transitions, others questioning their relationship, and others feeling very alone in their challenges. Finding a therapist you connect with is crucial to your journey. I believe in the power of a great connection and strive to create a space where each person feels heard and cared for on their unique path to wellness. My hope is to empower you to feel sturdier and more equipped to manage whatever may come your way.
I deeply believe that you have the wisdom inside of you to access more peace and purpose. I also believe that you are the expert in your life. Sometimes, we all can use help understanding our inner world and knowing what's next for us. Together, we'll explore some of the obstacles in your path and look at new possibilities for a happier future.
My style is warm, thoughtful and calm. I use a variety of techniques, such as writing, talk, art, play and metaphors, to connect you with healing and discovery. I have training in depression, trauma, shame, Gottman Method Couple's Therapy, Restoration Therapy, and Internal Family Systems. It would be a pleasure to meet you on this journey!
