My goal is to assist clients in identifying not only what triggered an imbalance in life, but how their thinking has been affected from the offense. Using Cognitive Behaviorial Therapy (CBT) as a primary modality for therapy, clients will move from stuck to fluid in their thoughts and behaviors.
