At Balanced Mind Counseling and Wellness, we will walk together on a journey of growth and personal discovery while healing past and present hurts. I believe in honesty, compassion and challenging thinking that often limits our own personal growth. Through Telehealth Counseling sessions we can work together to find strategies, solutions and new ways to view your struggles.
I have worked with many people over the past 20 years of practice in a variety of settings. I enjoy working with individuals who are struggling to find meaning and want to find peace and balance in their lives. I use an eclectic mix of Cognitive Behavioral Therapies as well as Mindfulness, Person Centered and Solution Focused modalities.
