I am a bilingual Latina therapist with years of experience helping diverse populations with anxiety, depression, relationship issues (with family, partner, friends, etc.), traumas, life transitions and more. I have worked with children, teens and adults in different settings including but not limited to schools, hospitals, non-profit orgs and community health centers.
My approach consists of us working together so I can help guide and support you. I will meet you wherever you are in your journey. We can explore strengths and goals while I offer some tools/techniques to address any challenges you are experiencing. I use a strengths-based approach, CBT, motivational interviewing and other modalities as needed.
As your therapist, I’ll support/guide you by providing a safe and non-judgmental space. Therapy is a process that can take time and what happens during therapy as well as in between sessions are both important to the process.
