I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point and we can always use support and encouragement to help us grow as human beings. Maybe we just need someone to listen because we're not feeling heard by those around us. I truly believe in meeting my clients where they are and will help them determine what their goals are and how to get there.
I have extensive experience in helping those with addictive behaviors and their families, in both a 12-step model as well as non-12-step. I also have much experience working with individuals within the LGBTQ+ community regarding relationships, transitioning, and seeking the holistic care they may need.
