As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Grief Therapist who has been doing this work since 2003, I have the experience and education to help you navigate these difficult life challenges.
My specialties include Highly Sensitive People ( I am one), grief/loss, aging, life transitions, finding purpose/meaning, and skills for coping with what's happening in our world and society. My clients are over the age of 26 and are individuals, not couples.
