I’m a bilingual (English - Spanish) immigrant, and as such, I have got my share of challenging experiences. Life has provided me with great opportunities to build skills, develop and practice compassion, and break stigma. My therapeutic style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, and compassion. In therapy, I incorporate concrete coping strategies while providing a safe, and supportive environment.
I approach therapy as a collaborative process. My therapeutic approach is anchored on humanistic, CBT, and ACT interventions. I’m also versed in approaches specifically develop to address trauma. I primarily work with adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma, and sleep difficulties.
My goal in therapy is to accompany you during those good and hard times and use those experiences to develop a more fulfilled life. I look forward to working with you.
