I have 3 years experience as a licensed counselor working with adolescents and adults in academic and community mental health settings. Additionally, I have 11 years experience providing case management and social skills training.
My specialties include working with individuals experiencing ADHD, imposter syndrome, stress, anxiety, depression, grief, and relationship difficulties. I believe everyone is an expert in their own lives and my approach in therapy is to go at your pace while providing you with validation, insight, and compassion.
