I use Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) which is a couple's therapy approach that is highly effective in reducing couples' distress and increasing their relationship satisfaction. EFT is based on research showing that feeling emotionally connected is vital for our physical and emotional well-being.
A little bit about myself: I am originally from Bulgaria. I came to the United States to pursue my dream of becoming a family therapist. Outside of my practice, I enjoy dancing Bulgarian Folk dances and Argentine Tango with my husband. I value creativity and diversity.
