If you are motivated to come and get curious about your thought processes, feelings, and behaviors, this is the place for you! At Verus Ridge, we use a collaborative approach to address goals.
We offer specialized treatment for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and other anxiety disorders, called Exposure and Response Prevention. This cognitive behavioral treatment is the gold standard for OCD. We also offer specialized, evidence based treatments for Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and addictions.
If you have been struggling with unresolved trauma or high levels of anxiety, please know that you aren't alone. We strive to create a welcoming and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore, get curious about themselves, and heal.
