I am a mature, experienced psychotherapist and have practiced counseling for 19 years. I work with people on issues related to anxiety and depression, including life transitions, relationships, identity issues, stress, career, childhood problems, chronic illness, and stages of life.
My approach to therapy is eclectic, which allows me flexibility to draw from a variety of therapies based on your style and needs. I have in-depth training in many areas. These include traditional talk therapy as well as new approaches that draw on recent research and understanding of the brain and how we can utilize its strengths for personal growth.
