My client is looking for a new perspective on their life and is very willing to do the work to get it. My client knows that they have a hidden and untapped potential within them that is waiting to be awoken and desires to wake it.
I am client-centered, spiritually oriented and focused on the incorporation of the body in the process of psychological healing. I am trauma focused and pull from depth psychology, psychodynamic theory, CBT and Gestalt. My background is in music and theater. I have a master's in Drama Therapy and see expression a tool for psychological transformation.
