I have over 20 years experience in child and adolescent psychotherapy as well as with adults managing stress from life transitions, grief, self esteem, anxiety, depression and general adjustment issues. I am a bilingual & bicultural clinician, providing culturally sensitive treatment using psychodynamic, behavioral, and mindfulness techniques.
I have an interest in working with adults and fellow clinicians navigating work stress as well as college students coping with issues of race, gender and class inequities, and navigating spaces lacking diversity. I also work with parents and caretakers who are trying to find ways to put themselves first after spending most of their time caring for others.
