I have over 15 years of experience providing therapy to all age ranges, adults, specializing in hard to reach teenagers and young adults. My experience comes from working in inpatient, outpatient, private practice, residential, in the schools, working with teenagers and adults.
My practice offers a safe, positive, comfortable, non-judgmental, trauma informed environment for us to work in together. The therapies I utilize are person centered therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, solution-based therapy among others.
