Specifically, those experiencing life transitions (i.e., moving, going to a new school, processing a divorce, making a career change) and relationship issues in peer, romantic, and family relationships. I also work extensively with clients on anxiety, depression, and low self-esteem.
I aim to build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships through my authenticity, warmth, empathy, and trust with clients. My goal is for clients to feel seen, heard, and supported in their therapy journey. I believe that each client is unique, worthy, and has the capacity to reach their full potential.
