I provide down-to-earth, trauma-informed therapy services for teens and adults via in person or telehealth individual therapy. I have a passion to help those with anxiety, depression, trauma and/or self-esteem struggles. I can’t wait to meet you and be that one person you feel you can trust and be able to talk to and bounce ideas off of, without feeling put down or judged. Self-acceptance and understanding are key areas to help with learning to love ourselves unconditionally, which I believe is one of the most powerful ways to begin to heal. I will strive to empower you in your specific healing process, depending on your needs.
I use a strengths-based approach that may include Dialectic Behavioral Therapy, CBT, ACT, or Exposure therapy, depending on your desires. I specialize in trauma therapy and am certified. Trauma therapy can help you to process your past and then be able to heal and change your present issues. Therapy empowers you and I am proud of you for seeking out therapy!
I began in this field because I discovered at a young age that I care deeply for others and have always had a heart to help people in some way through my actions or even just by being present with them.
