Hi there, I am Veronica Gonzalez, Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I believe therapy can help to resolve a crisis or major life changes. I offer collaborative, compassionate and strengths based therapy. Therapy is an opportunity to step out of life's stress, into a space you can be supported and learn skills for managing stress and problem solving. I typically work with adults to create a safe, trauma informed environment filled with acceptance and respect.
I partner with individuals to develop goal orientated and solution focused approaches. The theoretical approaches I use are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Seeking Safety and Acceptance and Commitment therapy. By addressing and challenging our thoughts we can see the impact of actions and overall wellbeing.
Every journey is unique and will tailor sessions to the preferred method of individuals. I look to help clients better understand themselves and leverage their inner strengths.
