In this outpatient counseling safe place, all ADULT clients receive quality service with a cognitive behavioral treatment (CBT) approach to treatment of individuals and couples Together we will navigate through grief, dual diagnosis issues, adjustment issues, christian counseling, codependency issues, accepting the healthy self, with competence, knowledge, and compassion.
Primary therapy approach is CBT to identify and break destructive patterns; Motivational Interviewing to empower you; Mindfulness techniques to practice calming, grounding, and de-stressing skills on your journey to achieving freedom; other client specific approaches as needed. Client focus are Dual Diagnosis, Spirituality, Sexual Trauma, Domestic Violence.
