For the last decade, I’ve dedicated my work to supporting survivors of trauma. I help adults (18+) facing trauma/PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship issues. As a first generation, Latina immigrant myself, I also offer a safe space to process the unique challenges with migration/acculturation, and grief/loss.
As a bicultural/bilingual therapist, my approach is eclectic; tailored to honor your unique story taking into account your personal strengths, culture, race, religion, sexual orientation, and intersectionality. I also incorporate holistic practices including mindfulness, breathing, somatic therapy, and expressive arts.
