Teen Self Esteem/Kids Emotional Intelligence
This group is to help teens (14-17) build self esteem and a positive self image. This group will help teens with self-acceptance, challenge negative self talk about appearance, weight, perfectionism, and peer pressure. It will empower teens to build on their strengths and encourage independent thinking to build a strong identity and self confidence./Kid's Emotional Intelligence is designed to help kids (11-13) recognize and express emotions effectively. This group will help kids verbalize frustrations and teach kids to use positive self talk and relaxation to manage emotions, improve family and peer interactions, and develop self awareness and self control.
