As a mental health professional for over 20 years, I have always been passionate about changing lives. My clinical background includes forensic mental health and medical social work. It is remarkable to see the gradual progress in clients and the transformative power of therapy at work. The most rewarding part of counseling is the therapeutic relationship with the client and how that foundation is used as a catalyst for change. I love to see the light and joy come back in my client's lives!
I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, grief, stress management, life transitions, workplace challenges, and relational concerns. I focus on partnering with the client in creating treatment goals that are achievable and sustainable. It is awesome to see how a different way of thinking and how small behavioral changes can make a difference.
