I provide individual & intensive therapy to adults struggling with the demands of juggling multiple roles and who experience anxiety, grief & chronic illness. Utilizing EMDR, Brainspotting, IFS and other Mindfulness practices we will discover a path for you to feel connected and empowered to make sustainable changes in your life.
