My experience is working with people in major life transition, with a specialty in aging, serious illness and end of life. We’ll work to understand how your history and stories help or hinder you, while striving for dynamic change and abundance. I believe you hold innate wisdom to frame your life and values, and I will support you in healing and thriving.
I work with individuals and offer limited sessions with couples and larger circles of people. I use a trauma informed and social justice lens, am trained in reiki and believe in the power of alternative and complementary medicines; I will consider integration work on a case by case basis.
