Let's work on some much needed peer support and skill building with your AuDHD using Roblox as a structured device to keep the conversation moving. Meet with fellow adults that were diagnosed late in life with AuDHD and get to know one another to help build up your social circle with people who understand what you are going through in a fun way and also learn essential skills to manage ADHD symptoms and things like the unspoken rules that society puts on us for how at a grocery store versus a dinner party, who came up with these unspoken rules anyways?
