People seek therapy for many different issues. However, all of them come to therapy because they are looking for change. They are not happy with being where they are in their mind and/or in their life and want to move to a place where they can feel more satisfied, stable, and at peace. My goal as a therapist is to understand my clients' story: where they come from, what happened to them, and where they want to reach. Once that has been discussed, I work with my clients to determine how they can reach where they want to reach and help them in their journey.
I do therapeutic work for a variety of symptoms, including PTSD, emotional disturbance, anxiety, depression, anger, stress, and behavioral issues. I will discuss with you about various possible therapeutic approaches that might help you make progress toward your desired therapeutic outcomes.
