Virtual Couples Psychotherapy Group
Join us for an ongoing couples group at Colorful Resilience! This group welcomes couples seeking a supportive space to cultivate relationship skills and build emotional intimacy. Each session will begin with the presentation of skills/concepts, and then couples will take turns exploring their individual relationship challenges. Being in a group allows us to feel less alone in our struggles and receive support within the context of community. LGBTQIA+ and neurodivergent affirming. To join this group, the couple must be able to engage without resorting to strategies such as shouting or name-calling. Couples with domestic violence or abuse will be referred to appropriate services.

Virtual Mental Health Process Group
Do you feel alone in your mental health journey? Group psychotherapy offers a unique opportunity to heal and grow in community. Group members play an essential role in witnessing and supporting their fellow group members. This group can provide additional support while you engage in individual psychotherapy. We welcome adults who are experiencing stressful life events such as break ups and loss or mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, or PTSD.
