Her long career has influenced her work in racial trauma, PTSD, LBGQT issues, chemical dependency, anxiety, depression, child-parent conflicts, mental disorders, adjustment issues and abuse. She utilizes various techniques from mindfulness, meditation, working through thought distortions and prayer for faith-based clients.
